Easy apricot jam

Quart of apricots, 2 c sugar, juice of a lemon, apply heat, spread on toast.

I feel like superwoman. :)

see, you're a smart woman. when I feel like making jam I get so excited that I buy 20lbs! Yeah, that was me last year spending two days straight canning in the heat (tastes good though!)
